Executive Assistant to Senior Executives

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the CEO/Chair, including managing communications, coordinating meetings, and maintaining confidentiality.
* Manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease, including coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
* Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the Executive Office.
* Provide high-level support to the Executive Committee, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating meetings.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
* Strong background in administration, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives and other stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease, and to work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
