Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, visual displays, and promotional activities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty
- Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase stock that meets customer demand and drives sales growth
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales advisor skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, customer service, and data protection
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment, preferably in the bridalwear industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and display techniques

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
