We are a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company based in Cambridge, UK. Our mission is to deliver data visualisation that helps businesses stop cyber attacks. We are looking for a highly organised, strategic, and dynamic individual to join our team as Chief of Medical Staff.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Assist the CEO in developing and implementing the company's strategic goals.
    • Lead cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making at the executive level.
  2. Leadership & Team Management:
    • Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and the leadership team.
    • Lead and manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
  3. Board & Stakeholder Management:
    • Prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, and other key presentations.
  4. Culture & Employee Engagement:
    • Promote a positive and inclusive company culture.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or project management role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Experience working closely with C-level executives and managing high-level projects.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
