About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Chief of Staff to support our founders in driving the strategic initiatives of our company. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain invaluable experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with the founders to streamline operations, enhance communication across teams, and help execute key projects that align with our company's vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the founders in managing day-to-day operations and strategic planning.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage projects for key initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Act as a liaison between the company's units to promote collaboration and streamline processes.
  • Help draft internal and external communications, including reports, presentations, and media posts.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members.
  • Organize company events and team-building activities to foster a positive work culture.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Master's degree in a field related to biomedical sciences, complemented by exposure to business and management. Relevant experience may be considered as a substitute for formal education.
  • Ideally, previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • High level of adaptability and resilience in a changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

CardiaTec Biosciences is a TechBio company employing computational methods to decode the biology behind cardiovascular disease. The company leverages large and high-dimensional human multi-omics data to better navigate complex disease biology to identify novel and differentiated therapeutics.
