Project Scope: You will engage with a diverse array of projects, encompassing refurbishment initiatives as well as smaller-scale new constructions, with project values reaching up to £500,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the pricing process and compile bills of quantities for tenders.
- Manage commercial aspects of various ongoing projects, including subcontractor appointments, pricing adjustments, payment requests, and final account settlements.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator, particularly within the property maintenance, minor works, or social housing sectors.
