Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with physical and cognitive impairments resulting from brain injury or other progressive neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to individuals with physical and cognitive impairments, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver a high-quality, specialist service.
- Take charge of the ward/department/unit in the absence of senior nursing staff, following performance review.
- Adopt a flexible approach to hours of duty, meeting the needs of the service over a 24-hour period.
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and hygiene, minimizing the risk of cross-infection.
Requirements:
- A current NMC Pin registration.
- A legal right to work in the U.K.
