Opus Recruitment Solutions is proud to partner with a national charity dedicated to ending homelessness and transforming the lives of people experiencing it. As a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting their mission by implementing their new Dynamics 365 CE platform.

About the Role

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs and ensure the system effectively supports their requirements. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing and understanding business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including configuration, customisation, and data migration.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the Dynamics 365 CRM system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure integration with other systems and platforms.
Requirements

We are looking for a proven Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices. Experience working in a non-profit or charity sector is preferred.
