Job Title: D365 CE CRM Functional Consultant

Pearson Carter is seeking a highly skilled D365 CE CRM Functional Consultant to support an ongoing internal project. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in D365 implementation and a strong understanding of business process improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive the implementation of D365 CE across the business
  • Conduct scoping and workshops to add value, design and implement the system, train users, and support go-lives
  • Implement BC in the future through a partner/consultancy
  • Collaborate with the technical developer to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of D365 implementation experience

The salary for this role is up to £70k and includes benefits such as remote/hybrid work arrangements. The company is headquartered in Leicester and requires occasional on-site work.
