Opus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our client, a national charity dedicated to ending homelessness and transforming lives. As a key member of their team, you will play a crucial role in implementing their new Dynamics 365 CE platform and ensuring it effectively supports their mission.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Analyze and understand business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
* Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including configuration, customisation, and data migration.
* Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the Dynamics 365 CRM system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
* Collaborate with IT teams to ensure integration with other systems and platforms.

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, with a strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
* Experience working in a non-profit or charity sector is preferred.
