As a Paralegal in our Private Client Division, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting legal research on matters pertaining to private clients.
  • Assisting in the preparation and examination of wills, trusts, and various legal documents.
  • Managing case files and organizing legal documentation.
  • Interacting with clients, financial advisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Drafting reports and summaries of legal documents.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a paralegal role, ideally within private client services.
  • A solid understanding of estate planning, wills, and trusts.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research software.
