Job Title: Assessors - Full Time

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Assessors - Full Time. As an Assessor, you will play a critical role in determining the quantum and merit of damages sustained in incidents to vehicles, trucks, motorcycles, caravans, watercraft, and yellow metal equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing claims on a daily basis to determine the extent of damages and the required repairs.
  • Monitoring and managing the average repair cost and quality of assessments to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Dealing with customer complaints and ad-hoc queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Analysing data to ensure meeting targets and improving assessment efficiency.
  • Liaising with service providers, clients, and advisors to ensure seamless communication and resolution of claims.
Requirements:
  • Matric certificate.
  • Qualified Panel beater, Spray Painter, or Motor Mechanic.
  • Own roadworthy vehicle.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Minimum 2 years assessing or estimating experience.
  • VDQ Professional Membership.
  • Leadership, Management, and/or Insurance-related studies completed or in progress will be beneficial.
