Operations Administrator/Scheduler

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Operations Administrator/Scheduler to join our client's operations team. This role will involve providing administrative support to the Engineers and Directors, handling customer requests, and managing operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating and updating RAMS on a regular basis, including site-specific documents
  • Allocating and overseeing staff H&S training, including toolbox talks
  • Overseeing subcontractor vetting, including maintenance of subcontractor records
  • Conducting weekly vehicle checks
  • Scheduling vehicles for routine and emergency maintenance
  • Purchasing, stock control, and general administration
  • Maintaining stock levels in line with company requirements
  • Ensuring correct allocation of stock to relevant jobs and/or depots
  • Completing customer PQQs and questionnaires
  • Maintaining company accreditation schemes
  • Creating project documents and files
  • Handling centre customer accounts
  • Undertaking other tasks as required by the Operations Department
  • Attending and participating in all relevant meetings
  • Collaborating effectively with other staff, including Field Technicians where necessary
