Catering Support Assistant – Ward Pantry – Ramsay Health Care

Role Responsibilities
As a Catering Support Assistant, you will report directly to the Catering Supervisor and play a vital role in delivering a high standard of food service as part of our support services team. While prior experience is not mandatory, it is advantageous if you have worked in a fast-paced environment that demands high standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing food and beverage services to patients on the wards, while effectively managing dietary needs.
- Assisting with the cleaning of cutlery, restocking hot beverage machines, and communicating daily menu options for all meals.
- Collaborating with fellow Catering Assistants to ensure all tasks are performed in a hygienic and systematic manner, maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
- Conducting daily cleaning of all areas within the catering department to meet established standards.
- Understanding and adhering to current health and hygiene regulations during food preparation and service.
- Demonstrating a positive attitude and teamwork to achieve collective goals and excellence in service delivery.
