General Catering Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic General Catering Assistant to join our team at St Andrews School. As a key member of our catering team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food and excellent customer service to our students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook basic meals and snacks for students and staff
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Provide friendly and polite customer service to students and staff
- Assist with food service and presentation
- Develop basic IT skills to support our catering operations
- Previous catering experience is desirable but not essential
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Food hygiene level 2 (training will be provided)
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
- Exceptional timekeeping and reliability
