This role is situated within the Talent Analytics division of HR and is chiefly accountable for the design, development, implementation, and upkeep of HR reporting and business intelligence solutions. The Senior Associate position will also cultivate cross-departmental relationships within HR and the wider organization to comprehend and address data needs while executing recommendations based on business impact and technical viability. Proficiency in data science, HR functional areas, and data integration will aid in making informed decisions that will propel the HR function and organization forward in our data and analytics journey.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and prioritize business intelligence and reporting requirements; create key performance indicators and dashboards, delivering reporting and analytical solutions that provide data-driven insights into talent and business. Assist in designing Business Intelligence frameworks and developing strategic approaches. Ensure alignment of business intelligence products and tools to maintain industry standards. Supervise HR reporting and business intelligence capabilities. Accountable for the design, development, testing, and execution of reports and solutions that leverage underlying HR data sources. Establish standards and best practices for business intelligence and reporting. Propose enhancements to optimize process efficiency and report management. Promote information governance and data quality across the HR data landscape. Investigate data discrepancies, conduct analyses, and propose and implement solutions. Enhance advanced analytical capabilities through Master Data Management. Engage with industry perspectives through external interactions such as technology forums and peer groups. Conduct external benchmarking on critical metrics, analytics practices, and tools. Define strategies to maximize the utilization of HR systems and associated data, supporting reports and dashboards, while collaborating with internal teams and vendors; provide backend analysis and reporting.
