Job Summary:

The Lead Recruiter plays a pivotal role in shaping the recruitment process for executive, senior, and leadership roles at Clearwater Analytics. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, they identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. With a focus on sourcing and networking, they proactively search for potential candidates and evaluate resumes to identify the most suitable candidates. Additionally, they work with the HR team to ensure compliance with hiring regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide unwavering support to meet the talent needs of the business, fostering strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Engage proactively with candidates, building a robust pipeline through unique sourcing approaches and career advisory practices.
  • Determine and employ appropriate sourcing techniques to meet business objectives.
  • Take the lead in implementing improvements to the recruiting process, ensuring a high-touch experience for candidates.
  • Support initiatives aligned with Clearwater Analytics' employee value proposition, promoting a positive employer brand.
  • Execute a high-touch process prioritizing candidate quality over quantity, maintaining an acceptance-to-offer ratio of 80% and achieving key recruiting metrics.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of the company, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor and seasoned partner.
  • Build an extensive network, leveraging connections to self-source and engage passive candidates for pipeline development and maintenance.
  • Represent Clearwater Analytics with finesse, leading recruiting events and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in reporting, analytics, and delivering data-driven insights.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of relevant end-to-end recruiting experience, with a focus on executive, senior, and leadership roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple and diverse roles simultaneously, with a process improvement mindset.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency in HRIS software and systems, with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience working for a FinTech/SaaS/software company, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
