Retail Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco Partners. As a Retail Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations.
- Monitor and maintain store standards, including cleanliness, safety, and security.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives.
- Provide coaching and training to retail staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and customer feedback.
- Proven leadership and management experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
