About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at One Stop. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the team to deliver a seamless shopping experience for customers
  • Ensure the store is always clean, tidy, and well-presented
  • Manage stock levels and replenish products as needed
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and report on store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
