Abel Alarm, a leading fire and security industry pioneer, is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team at our Head Office in Leicester city centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support on all recruitment processes, working closely with the HR Manager to search CV databases, advertise roles, shortlist CVs, and set up interviews.
  • Coordinate all training administration, maintaining accurate records and providing timely training reports as requested.
  • Book training courses for new and existing staff/engineers, identifying training gaps and expiring training needs.
  • Research and source external training providers to enhance our team's skills.
  • Administer staff absences in accordance with our absence policy.

Requirements:

  • Previous HR experience is beneficial, but not essential.
  • CIPD Level 3 would be an advantage, but not a requirement.
