About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and inspirational Assistant Headteacher/Phase Leader to join our well-established Leadership Team at Ravensfield Primary School.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving school improvement, working in partnership with colleagues, parents, governors, external agencies, and the wider school community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective assessment procedures to enable all learners to progress and achieve.
  • Contribute to the development of a nurturing and inclusive ethos, promoting a positive and caring environment for children and staff.
  • Work collaboratively with the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher to drive school improvement and achieve excellence.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for teaching and learning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and staff, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
