Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing all aspects of care to our client, including tracheostomy management
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Monitoring and maintaining the client's physical and emotional well-being
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in childcare and tracheostomy care
  • At least 6 months of experience working in a complex care position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care
