Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing all aspects of care to our client, including tracheostomy management
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitoring and maintaining the client's physical and emotional well-being
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in childcare and tracheostomy care
- At least 6 months of experience working in a complex care position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to care
