Role Overview:
As the Membership Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our membership base. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, your primary responsibilities will include acquiring new members, fostering relationships with corporate clients, and broadening our outreach through strategic collaborations. Your efforts will focus on promoting our CPD certified courses and customized training solutions to both individuals and organizations, assisting them in achieving their professional development objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Initiatives: Identify, research, and cultivate leads to establish a strong pipeline of potential members, targeting both individuals and corporate clients.
- Client Interaction: Conduct personalized consultations and presentations to highlight the benefits of our courses and training solutions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain robust connections with key decision-makers in businesses, professional associations, and other relevant networks to drive membership sales.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute effective sales strategies, including pricing models, promotional campaigns, and new product offerings.
