Experienced Adult Social Worker

We are seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join our team as a Lead Practitioner at Randstad Care. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Adult Social Workers to deliver high-quality services to vulnerable adults.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and guidance to team members.
- Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Adult Social Worker with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of adult social care policies and procedures, with a strong understanding of the sector.
