About the Role:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Adult Social Worker to work on a full-time basis, providing high-quality services to vulnerable adults in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans to meet the needs of service users
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure effective safeguarding and support
- Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders
- Participate in regular supervision and training to maintain professional development
