Job Title: Store Manager

As a Store Manager at One Stop, you will be responsible for leading a team of Shift Leaders and colleagues in one store, ensuring regular quality time with them on shift. You will know your colleagues personally and understand how they feel about working within the store through talking and listening.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and line manage a team of Shift Leaders and colleagues
  • Ensure regular quality time with team members on shift
  • Review the shape and capability of your team to ensure a future-fit workforce
  • Complete all people leadership tasks for your team, including absence management and problem-solving
  • Manage all KPIs for your store, sharing ideas with other Store Managers to maximize growth and profitability
Requirements:
  • Experience in retail or a related field
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Full-time employment
  • Hourly salary: £11-£12
