About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our Dunkin' North West team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales-driven professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Implement and maintain high standards of store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
  • Collaborate with the Area Coach to optimize the 4Cs (Commercial Control, Customer Journey, Compliance, and Culture) within the store
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements

  • Previous experience of leading a team in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
