About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer loyalty
  • Monitor and control store expenses to achieve profitability targets
  • Collaborate with the Area Coach to optimize the 4Cs (Commercial Control, Customer Journey, Compliance, and Culture)
