The Role

As the L&D Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our comprehensive learning and development strategy. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating a wide range of training programs and initiatives that support employee growth, enhance skills, and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic L&D roadmap aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs covering onboarding, development, succession planning, talent mapping, and offboarding processes.
  • Identify learning needs and develop customized solutions to address specific skill gaps.
  • Manage a team of L&D Advisors, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development.
The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in L&D. You will possess:

  • Significant experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • A CPP qualification or equivalent, ideally working towards a CIPD or similar certification.
  • Coaching and/or psychometric assessment certifications (Insights) would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrated management experience and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of training and coaching theory and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
