Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in keeping public areas clean and tidy, ensuring a welcoming environment for our customers.
  • Support housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting staff in setting up rooms and moving furniture, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Handle reception duties, such as booking theatre tickets or making restaurant reservations, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Respond to customer requests and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
