We are embarking on significant transformation initiatives aimed at unifying our regional HR teams to redefine our people strategy and offerings for NCC Group employees worldwide.
As part of this initiative, we are consolidating our global HR services community to improve our service delivery and employee experience.
Key responsibilities include managing the complete onboarding process, from job offer and contract issuance to the new employee's initial day.
You will handle employee administration tasks within our HR System, including processing job changes, terminations, benefits modifications, and promotions.
Additionally, you will oversee and provide guidance to managers and employees regarding leave requests, encompassing annual leave, sick leave, and statutory leave.
Manage the administration of employee benefits such as pensions and private health insurance, tailored to each region.
A solid understanding of general HR matters, including disciplinary actions and absence management, is essential, along with the ability to advise managers and staff or escalate issues to the HR Advisory team as necessary.
Qualifications:
Experience in an HR Shared Services or Operations role, preferably with some exposure to payroll administration.
Experience supporting a Global HR Team.
Commitment to adhering to all internal policies and procedures related to security best practices.
Proficiency in Dutch is required.
