HR Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at Gazprom Energy. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR function, including employee onboarding, data management, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the new starter process, including drawing up employment contracts and updating SAP
- Provide administrative support to the HR function, including ad hoc employee correspondence and maintaining employee files
- Update employee data on SAP and create and amend positions to reflect team changes
- Respond to reference requests in a timely manner
- Support the HR Systems and Operations Lead with compensation review
- Monitor existing visa expiry and extension requirements ensuring compliance with UK Border Agency guidelines
- Operational HR administration experience, ideally from within an international organisation
- Understanding of UK employment legislation and HR management practices
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Excel & Word, and SAP HR
