**The Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled **Talent Acquisition Associate** to join our team. As a key player in building our greatest brand within Insurtech, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Building a strong employer brand to attract both obvious and covert talents
  • Improving our onboarding process in collaboration with management

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results
  • A valid UK work permit
