Systemic Family Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systemic Family Therapist to join our team at West London NHS Trust. As a Principal Therapist, you will play a critical leadership role in our CAMHS Crisis Service, working with young people and their families who are in crisis or require more intensive support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide highly specialized clinical skills in systemic family therapy to young people and their families.
- Take on a critical leadership role within the CAMHS Crisis Service, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, working in collaboration with other professionals.
- Conduct assessments, interventions, and management of complex cases, requiring sustained and intense concentration.
- Provide consultation to other professional and non-professional groups, communicating highly technical and clinically sensitive information effectively.

Person Specification- Post-graduate training in systemic family therapy, accredited by IFT or AFT.
- Professional registration with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
- Qualification in a relevant profession, such as social work, nursing, or psychology.
- Training in systemic supervision and leadership.
