Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of up to 7 administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
- Manage administrative functions and processes across multiple sites, ensuring efficient operations.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to achieve business objectives.
- Process data, analyze reports, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Support Senior Management Team with information requests and task completion.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and maintain accurate records.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or business support leadership role.
- Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft packages.
- Strong literacy skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive work ethic and effective problem-solving skills.
Working Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £28,500 - £30,000 per annum
