About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to join our team at Amber Mace. As a Clinical Lead in Care Homes, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of quality and care are maintained. You will work closely with our team to create a positive and supportive work environment, encouraging development and career progression.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day running of the home and staff team, ensuring the highest level of care standards are upheld.
  2. Work in accordance with the company's vision statement, policies, and procedures, and all relevant legislation.
  3. Lead, coach, and mentor your team to create the best working environment for your staff, encouraging development and career progression.

Requirements:

  1. Proven management experience in a large nursing home.
  2. Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards.
  3. Nurse qualified - NMC PIN.
