We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to join our team at Amber Mace. As a Clinical Lead in Care Homes, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of quality and care are maintained. You will work closely with our team to create a positive and supportive work environment, encouraging development and career progression.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the home and staff team, ensuring the highest level of care standards are upheld.
- Work in accordance with the company's vision statement, policies, and procedures, and all relevant legislation.
- Lead, coach, and mentor your team to create the best working environment for your staff, encouraging development and career progression.
Requirements:
- Proven management experience in a large nursing home.
- Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards.
- Nurse qualified - NMC PIN.
