Deputy Home Manager Opportunity
Leaders In Care Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join their nursing and residential home in Stalybridge. This role is perfect for someone passionate about providing exceptional clinical care and leading a team to deliver unparalleled empathy for resident issues.
This role offers an annual salary of £53,000+ working 44 hours per week over 4 days. You'll have the chance to lead on the floor and the role also includes allocated supernumerary hours, ensuring a balanced and fulfilling work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring clinical care exceeds professional standards and statutory requirements.
- Providing specialist nursing support and advice.
- Taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence.
- Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver empathetic and high-quality care.
- Leading on the floor and managing supernumerary hours.
