As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our Customer Service Centre's warehouse operations. You will collaborate with your team to prepare our customers' technology for delivery, requiring meticulous organization to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster team engagement and ensure optimal performance for Currys
  • Oversee warehouse operations including shunting, loading, unloading, and MHE operation
  • Ensure the safe transportation of our technology products

This position places you at the heart of our operations, contributing to the accessibility of our products for technology enthusiasts and newcomers alike.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in supervising or supporting warehouse teams
  • Familiarity with coaching practices
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Valid FLT license and relevant experience
  • Driving license is preferred
  • Experience in recycling operations is advantageous
