As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our Customer Service Centre's warehouse operations. Collaborating with your team, you will ensure that our customers' technology is prepared for delivery. This position requires meticulous organization to achieve results in our dynamic environment, and your leadership will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivating your team to deliver exceptional results for Currys
  • Overseeing warehouse operations including shunting, loading, unloading, and MHE operation
  • Facilitating the safe transport of our technology products

This role may be behind the scenes, but it is vital in making technology accessible to enthusiasts and newcomers alike.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supervising or supporting warehouse teams
  • Familiarity with coaching and team development
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • FLT license and relevant experience
  • Driving license is preferred
  • Experience in recycling operations is advantageous
