Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Stocktaking Team Leader to join our team at C2 Recruitment Limited. As a Retail Stocktaking Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of stock counters and delivering the end-to-end stock taking service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of stock counters to ensure accurate and timely completion of stock counts
- Develop and implement effective procedures and processes to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure that all sites are visited in a professional and courteous manner
- Monitor and improve team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
- Travel to different client sites each day, working flexible hours and occasional overnight stays
Requirements:
- Full driving license
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to remain focused under pressure and manage time effectively
- Willingness and ability to travel
Working Conditions:
The role will involve working in warehouses or large retail premises, with prolonged periods of standing and some use of step stools and ladders. You may be required to access and work with ground and high-level stock.
