Retail Stocktaking Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Stocktaking Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for managing teams of stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage teams of stock counters to ensure accurate and timely stock counts
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites
  • Monitor and improve team productivity
  • Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed
Requirements:
  • A full driving license
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to remain focused under pressure
  • Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
  • Willingness and ability to travel
Working Conditions:

This role will involve working unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts. You will be required to work on client sites, which may involve prolonged periods of standing and use of step stools and ladders.

Please note that this role is not suitable for individuals under the age of 18 years.
