Retail Stocktaking Shift Leader

As a Retail Stocktaking Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of stock counters and delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites. This role requires flexibility, as shift lengths may vary and you will be traveling to different client sites each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage teams of stock counters to ensure accurate and timely stock counts
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites
- Monitor and improve team productivity
- Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed
Requirements:
- A full driving license
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to remain focused under pressure
- Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
- Willingness and ability to travel
Please note that this role involves working unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts. You will be required to stand for prolonged periods and use step stools and ladders. Some sites may be in warehouses or large retail premises.
