About the Role

Process Operative

Refresco is seeking a skilled Process Operative to join our team at our Bridgwater site. As a Process Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective running of our production and packaging lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate standard machinery at a basic level, with full training provided.
  • Ensure the effective running of production and packaging lines.
  • Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
  • Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. As a Process Operative, you will be part of a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture where your contributions are valued and recognised.

Requirements:

  • Be accurate in your daily tasks and duties, paying great attention to detail.
  • Be open to learn new things and be involved in basic engineering and quality tasks.
  • Be positive and energetic, and enjoy working in a team.
  • Be confident enough to put forward new ideas and suggestions.
  • Be comfortable working to targets.
  • Have previous experience of working within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing environment - preferred but not essential.
