Process Operative

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Operative to join our team at Refresco. As a Process Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective running of production and packaging lines, operating standard machinery at a basic level, and completing quality checks and recording results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate standard machinery at a basic level, with full training provided.
  • Ensure the effective running of production and packaging lines.
  • Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
  • Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets.

Requirements
