Position: Maintenance Operative
Join our team at Smartsearch Recruitment Ltd, where we are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Operative to ensure the upkeep and functionality of our facilities.
Location: Marchwood Industrial Park
Compensation: £12.91 per hour (overtime available at £19.37 per hour) with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of property facilities.
2. Perform repairs and improvements as needed, demonstrating excellent DIY skills.
3. Assist in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance, property repair, or as a handyman.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
