Job Title: Fabric Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a Fabric Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance and repair work on historic Grade II listed buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting maintenance and repair work on historical Grade II listed buildings.
  • Performing a variety of fabric maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
  • Managing and prioritizing a varied workload across multiple sites.
  • Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and preservation guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in fabric maintenance and repair work.
  • Individual's highly skilled in reactive maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high-quality work.
