Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support and care to our young people, helping them to build confidence and develop essential life skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support and care to our young people, helping them to build confidence and develop essential life skills.

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals.

• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Participate in the planning and delivery of activities and programs that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of our young people.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our young people's progress and well-being.

Requirements

• Experience of working with children or young people in a care or residential setting.

• A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• A commitment to delivering high-quality care and support that promotes the well-being and development of our young people.
