Information Management Lead

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Information Management Lead to oversee the internal systems, methodologies, and applications utilized across various initiatives, including Project Delivery, Project Controls, Engineering, Commercial, and Information Management.

This pivotal role involves collaboration within a diverse team dedicated to supporting nuclear facilities and delivering services across client locations.

As a reliable partner in the nuclear energy sector, we pride ourselves on our enthusiastic teams that collaborate across disciplines, encompassing organizational transformation, systems engineering, and program management, to provide comprehensive solutions from inception through to operations and decommissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with information exchange requirements and asset information management standards.
  • Oversee the supply chain management that delivers information to the project in accordance with established exchange information requirements.
  • Manage information during the transition to operations, throughout the operational phase, and at the end of life or decommissioning.
  • Assist teams in effectively managing all information flow, ensuring the timely and accurate distribution of drawings, specifications, surveys, reports, documents, and trackers, so that all departments and team members have access to the latest and validated information.
  • Collaborate with project management, design, and BIM teams to ensure successful BIM delivery and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Information Management across multiple projects and programs.
  • Experience in establishing a Document Control and Information Management function, with proficiency in ISO 19650 processes.
  • Familiarity with the UK BIM Framework and Common Data Environment (CDE) management.
  • Expertise in key Information Management software, including Gliderbim and SharePoint.

Educational Background:

Experience in Design and Construction, particularly in Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP disciplines or similar fields.

Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards is essential.

Security Clearance:

Eligibility for SC clearance is required.

Work Arrangement:

This role offers a hybrid work model, requiring some onsite presence as well as remote work.
