Job Overview:

Sewell Group is seeking a skilled Pre-Construction Manager to oversee the tender quality and technical support for our estimating teams. This role will involve ensuring accurate costing and risk appraisal for multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate tender quality and requirements
  • Provide technical input on various construction elements
  • Review and develop project programs
  • Support design management for the estimating team
  • Coordinate logistical and site planning
  • Produce high-quality submissions
  • Lead and manage a team

Requirements:

Essential qualifications in Construction, operational and technical construction experience, proficiency in programming software, strong teamwork and customer focus, sound commercial understanding, knowledge of current H&S practices, organizational skills, and flexibility in approach.

Desirable qualifications:

Experience in MS sketch-up, CAD, BIM, and Building Safety Standards.
