**Job Summary**

Certain Advantage is seeking a highly skilled PPC/Paid Media Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive conversions and revenue growth
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, video, and discovery ads
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing ad copy and landing pages
  • Analyze campaign performance using data and metrics to inform optimization decisions
  • Ensure all accounts are tracking the correct conversion actions and goals
  • Split-test and experiment with new ad creative and targeting strategies
  • Report on campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in PPC/Paid Search campaigns, with a strong understanding of Google Ads and other paid media platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to experiment and learn new skills, with a willingness to take calculated risks and try new approaches
