Supply Chain Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Huntress Search Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Customer Service & Export Supervisor in managing the client order process and exporting products to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage all purchase orders
  • Manage stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records
  • Assist with logistics operations, including transportation and delivery
  • Manage a portfolio of suppliers and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality procedures
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively and manage multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in supply chain and sales order processing
  • High attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
